1. Call us at 1-800-632-9288 to see if your service is eligible to be billed under pricing on our standard variable rate small commercial electricity facts label.
2. Provide copies of a few electric bills to receive a billing cost comparison. Fax to 361-387-2919 or email us. For the best comparison, please send copies of the following bills:
• The most recent month's bill, and
• The most recent February, November, and September bills
3. Complete the attached Letter Of Authorization (LOA) and Fax it to us at 361-387-2919. We will then submit it to your delivery company (TDSP) and get back with you with a rate quote.
4. Give us a call. 1-800-632-9288 ext 257 or 258 or 259.
Please have electric bills ready for the most recent month, along with the most
recent February, November, and September bills.
